Rain & Storms Return By Wednesday

The high-resolution version of the NAM model shows a steady rain starting to spread into the area by sunset on Wednesday. This may be a bit fast, but the general idea overall is probably right. This is our next chance of rain in the area.

Showers and a few thunderstorms will move into the area Wednesday night and last a good part of Thursday. The Storm Prediction Center officially has us in a Level 1 of 5 risk of severe weather, but like we talked about earlier today, it looks like the better chance of severe weather will stay to the south of our area.

We will keep monitoring things in case that changes!
