Rain Arrives Tonight, Unsettled Next Week & Colder...
We had a great Saturday across the Tennessee Valley, but more rain arrives across the area tonight and sticks around through Sunday and Sunday night. Here is a look at radar just before 5pm Saturday afternoon...

Thankfully, we are just looking at rain tonight and no severe or winter weather issues...

Some of the rain later tonight and Sunday morning may be moderate at times. This is what radar may look like at 6am and 9am Sunday morning acording to the HRRR model...

Showers will continue through Sunday afternoon and overnight, and even into Monday morning. It looks like we get a brief break in the rain Monday afternoon before another system arrives by Tuesday and Wednesday.
An Arctic front will be near the region, and some areas nearby may flirt with some mixed wintry precip next week...but it's WAY too early to know if that will be to our northwest or maybe a little closer to our neck of the woods. Just stay tuned for updates on this!
This is a peek at the 18z GFS for 3am Tuesday...again this is NOT a forecast, just raw model data that will change a lot between now and Tuesday.

Mixed precip or not, we stay cold and unsettled throughout the week. Bundle up and stay dry!

Have a great Saturday night!
